José María Lobo Martínez has specialized in family and community medicine since 2001, having completed his undergraduate training at the University of Seville (Spain).
He is a member of the Spanish Society of Family and Community Medicine and the Spanish Society of Sports Medicine, and was a member of the General Medical Council of the United Kingdom.
He is a university expert in systemic family therapy, healthcare management and administration, advanced life support, clinic, medical center, and hospital management, and sports pharmacology, nutrition, and supplementation.
He has a master's degree in sports medicine and two university extensions in medical English and vaccines in primary care.
He specializes in epidemiology and public health, as well as in the management of SMEs.
He has extensive experience as a family physician for over twenty years, in more than one hundred health centers in several autonomous communities in Spain, including Madrid, Asturias, Andalusia, Castilla La Mancha, Extremadura, and Murcia.
It is in this latter community where he has carried out most of his medical practice and where he has currently been the medical coordinator of the Cehegín Health Center for more than five years.
He is currently part of the research group for the Iberican project, which analyzes risk factors and cardiovascular diseases in the Spanish adult population treated in primary care, collaborating on the publication of numerous articles and scientific communications.
